As I mentioned before, the RONIs are polymer shells that accept pistols and are designed to provide added utility. As the Micro RONI Stabilizer comes with a stabilizing arm brace instead of a stock, attaching it to your pistol is perfectly legal, and your pistol remains a pistol.
