Lifetime fostering is like adopting a cat, but with additional support provided by the Trust. If an owner has died, or needs to give up their cat, for example if they are moving permanently into a care home, the Trust will place their cat into a lifetime foster home.

How does the Cinnamon Trust work?

A network of 18,000 volunteers “hold hands” with owners to provide vital loving care for their pets. We keep them together – for example, we’ll walk a dog every day for a housebound owner, we’ll foster pets when owners need hospital care, we’ll fetch the cat food, or even clean out the bird cage, etc.
