Finally learned how to solo H Spine of Deathwing!

Kill all stalks (one will respawn)
Kill the adds that come out of the stalks.
Stand in one of the craters, you’ll see that you get a debuff sticking you to his back.
Wait until 9+ corruptions spawn, they won’t die or fall off.

3 things:

Keep moving left to right. If you stay too long on one side deathwing flips and you die.
Kill front 2 tentacles, kill one of the amalgamations that spawns.
Kill the blood that spawns and drag the add over the puddles they leave.
The add explodes and exposes the tendrils.
